Add info bar above or below a Weebly website header

A service to add an information bar above and/or below the website header. The bar can be used to display any type of information such as promotion, announcement, offers, advertisement, etc.
The bar cab be a “drag and drop” content section where any weebly element can be dropped in or a “text area” to click, edit and link texts.
The header bar is designed and styled using preferred colors and fonts.

The website header as seen in the “before” examples below doesn’t have a content section above it.
The client requested that we create a drag and drop content section above the header to be used advertisement (ad).
We edited the theme source code and created the content section. They are now able drag and drop any Weebly element to add any type of content to that area.
