Both builders allow for use of custom fonts but using custom or Google fonts in Weebly require some technical skills while WordPress is much easier and requires a few (non-technical) clicks.
Different font for each element
Weebly allows to set different fonts or various elements such as Headings, Paragraphs, Buttons, Navigation, etc. which is applied site-wide. In WordPress, fonts can be set to all elements both site-wide (globally) and also set for each element at the point of editing (per element font), independent of the global font.
