Payment is made before each phase begins. we will start working on your website after we have confirmation of phase 1 payment.

Paying by phases simply means that the project can be divided into multiple phases so that a $600 project can be paid 3 times ($200 for each phase) at different levels of completion.

Payment phases enables us to divide the project into milestones. For example, phase 1 can be setting up and defining the overall design (theme), defining color schemes and fonts and building the homepage and footer.

Phase 2 can be building the rest of the pages. Phase 3 can be optimizing the website for search engines (SEO), ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility, connecting domain and launching the website.

In this way, you only make payment for the second phase after you are 100% satisfied with the first phase.

Our clients love payment phases and so will you because if you don’t like the way the project is going, you can simply end it.

After we reach an agreement to start working on your project, you shall receive a phase 1 payment invoice via email with a link to make payment. W accept PayPal, stripe, MasterCard, visa and bank transfers.

Less than 24 hours, usually under 45 minutes during working hours.

Usually within 10-15 days, but it really depends on the size of the project which determines the level of work to be done.

Project revisions also plays a vital role on the speed of delivery. By project revisions we are referring to how fast you are able to respond to our questions/messages, review work progress and respond with comments and thoughts on the work done and the changes needed (if any).

We work very fast. You will have an update for first revision within 36-48 hours from time we are hired. Our proposal and quote will include an estimated completion period.

There are no refunds! We do not offer refunds because we bill by our time spent not the outcome of the work.

Most importantly, since you will get to make payments by phases, you can choose not to continue with the next phase and you won’t have to pay for that phase.

Yes, we do these for most of our clients, particularly those who do not have sufficient (or any) images required for the website.

From understanding your contents and the message you are trying to convey, we are able to help you find the most suitable images for use on different parts of the website.

We usually begin with our choices of images and present them for you to see how they look on the pages and if there are images you do not like, we can try different options for you to see and compare. We also give you links to websites that you can search for and choose your preferred images for us to use as replacements.

Definitely! All your design preferences such as colors, fonts, animations, etc. can be transferred into the new design and (updated if necessary) to work better and comply with the new design direction.

No. Apps and other website tools/features you have will not be affected. They can be redesigned and styled to flow with the new design.

No, we don’t. Weebly has editor access option which allows you to give restricted access to people (such as website designers) to work on your website without you having to share your login details.

The editor access restricts us to your website editor and very selective dashboard options, we won’t have access to your Weebly account information.

Of course! This is an approach that we have used with a number of our clients and it leads to 100% success. You don’t need to have all the contents in place before embarking on a new website project or revamping an existing website.

While you are working on the remaining or additional contents, we can begin with available contents to create the overall design, create pages and page layouts, use available contents to build their respective pages and add more contents as they become available.

Definitely! If you are already using Weebly then you know how easy it is to build and manage a website with Weebly. After our work you will continue to easily build and manage that website the same way you had been doing prior to our work.
